Teachers determine the quality of an institution’s education system, especially the extent to which the products of education meet the requirements of societal development.
In order to motivate teachers to perform in ways that enhance positive schooling, we at Vignan are concerned about the total wellbeing of employees not only at school but at home also.
Orientation Classes
To assure delivery of qualitative education, we conduct orientation programme for teachers on every second Saturday, the whole day and also for new teachers two hours every week, where in the subject experts mark upon the grey areas, if any, and guide the teachers’ to cope up with the ‘Edu-trends’ of contemporary times. The programme not only enhances the teaching skills but instils great amount of confidence in the teachers which keep them up while going to classes.
