Here at Vignan each mentor-mentee partnership is unique since it is based on the student’s circumstances, field of study, and guidance given to him/her in recognising their weaknesses and strengths.
If students have mentors in school, they are equipped with the confidence and the knowledge, support, connections, and skills necessary to spend a happy school life.
For the same reason we have assigned individual mentors to the children who will share their time with their mentees and engage them in a qualitative discussion when and where they connect with them emotionally as a friends.
