Admission Process
We welcome you and your children with open arms. The registrations for session 2024-2025 commence from 5th October 2023. The admission of the student is subject to the availability of seats and as per the criteria laid down by the school. Every child is treated equally at VIGNAN Schools, and anyone is welcome to register their child and join us. To encourage your kid to start learning with, we attempt to conduct an admissions procedure that is sensible, unbiased, and fair-minded.
At Vignan Schools, learning is simple and enjoyable, and the admissions process is no different. To join the Vignan School family, just follow to these simple instructions.
Step 1: Enquiry
Send in the online inquiry form found at this link or stop by the admissions office of the school. If stopping by, parents can visit the school office between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on any working day. In order to respond to your inquiries and gather the necessary data, our counsellor will contact you again.
Step 2: Registration
Registration for new enrolment can be obtained from the school office in person on all working days from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and 10:00 am and 01:00 pm on Sundays and public holidays.
Step 3: School Visit
Parents and guardians are welcome to tour the school to learn more about the ethos and culture of our organisation. You can arrange a meeting with the admission councillors and principal so that you can speak openly, ask questions, and gather any information you need. Setting up a prior appointment with the principal will enable you to do this.
Step 4: Form Submission
Parents must complete the admissions form and check that all the required documentation is in order. If your kid needs special support because of a medical condition, kindly let the school know.
Step 5: Entrance Test
Before being admitted, all interested students must take a proficiency exam on the scheduled day. An entrance test (Oral/Written) is conducted to evaluate the aptitude of a student in various subjects pertaining to admission in a particular class.
Step 6: Submission of Documents
The following documents need to be submitted along with the registration form
- Copy of the Aadhaar card
- Copy of Report Card of previous year (only needed for admission to class 1 onwards)
Step 7: Payment of Fees
Parents will receive an admission offer after successfully completing the aforementioned processes, and they may pay the necessary fees to guarantee admission.
Step 8: Parent Orientation Programme
Before the start of a new academic session, there will be an orientation programme for parents. This programme will introduce parents to the school’s vision, mission, and ethos.
